Tell us about your company/organization. Who do you serve? What is your mission?

“The Association of Indiana Counties (AIC) serves county officials. We advocate on their behalf at the Indiana Statehouse, provide education courses, and networking opportunities. We Serve County Officials so They Can Better Serve Taxpayers.”

What need did you have to cause you to reach out to Spotlight?

“After COVID, we wanted to split up our layout/design needs from our printing needs. I reached out to learn more about how Spotlight could serve our design needs and then I learned that you could also provide even more services. Working with Spotlight has been very beneficial to our organization.”

How did you learn about Spotlight?

“I am from Johnson County and went to a function that Spotlight had provided the printed materials.”

Was there anything in particular you appreciated about the interaction you had with staff?

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and all interactions. They are always professional, creative, and their customer service is top notch. Regardless of the size or shape of the project Spotlight always knocks it out of the park for us.”

What did you decide on purchasing?

“We use Spotlight for all of our design services of our print items. We also use Spotlight for our AIC logo items (clothes, hats, etc.).”

“We know that Spotlight will make the process really easy, from start to finish. The products are an excellent quality, we are always able to see a proof before purchasing, and everything is turned around quickly.”
