Ferrer Mechanical Services became the 6th largest mechanical contractor in the Indianapolis area in 2017, and 100% Employee-Owned in 2022. They provide full service, design, and construction for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

As a startup in 2012, Ferrer needed all the things! Business cards, logo’d apparel, vehicle graphics, giveaways, employee gifts, etc. The company founder, Kris, indicated he chose Spotlight Strategies because of our work ethic, community involvement, and attention to detail. In particular, Kris learned quickly that our Spotlight team understood and shared his sense of urgency. He indicated that response time, attention to detail, and friendly customer service is so important because, today, business happens lightning fast.
