Overview

This position requires the ability to optimize production quality, customer service and shop efficiency, which are mandatory characteristics of a Spotlight Strategies team member.
Apparel Decoration Technician Qualifications
Spotlight Strategies is seeking a full time production technician in our apparel decoration department which includes embroidery, heat press & screen printing. Prior experience in operating embroidery machines is mandatory. Candidate must also have excellent organizational, communication & customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Technical Specifications
- Active knowledge and operation of 1) commercial embroidery equipment (mandatory) 2) Automatic Screen Printing Press (helpful) 3) DTF Heat Press (helpful)
- Maintenance of apparel decorating equipment
- Attention to detail (i.e. spelling, typos), critical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast pace, team-oriented, deadline driven environment
- Ability to reconcile purchase orders and packing slips
- Ability to utilize and learn multiple software programs (ie. Pulse (embroidery machine software), UPS, Onsite (workflow software), Screen Print software
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs , Standing 8 Hours/Day Software Requirements
- Ability to learn industry specific workflow software
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook) – helpful
- Windows 10

Hours/Benefits
- Full time position 8:30-5PM Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 4PM Fridays
